The Goliath is a one of a kind 140.6 mile full distance iron triathlon relay race. This is the most fun, spectator friendly race in the state of Utah. The Goliath may sound intimidating but when done as a team it makes conquering the Goliath a “breeze”.

The Goliath is a 140.6 mile triathlon done relay-style. The race may be completed with up to a team of 10 people. The Goliath starts with a swim at Still Water Lake Estates in Syracuse and continues with a bike and run out onto Antelope Island. The Goliath will end at Jensen Nature Park in Syracuse. The race begins at 7:00 am
